Return Policy
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning a product (shipping costs will be refunded only if the item received was defective or damaged upon arrival).
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
The return window for KUILTZ. is 14 days.

Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received. However, customers have the right to inspect the condition of the item upon delivery.

Price and Payment
All product prices include VAT. The shopping cart displays the total amount, encompassing all fees, taxes, shipping, and payment methods.
KUILTZ. accepts payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards.

Delivery
KUILTZ. offers free shipping within the European Union for orders with a minimum value of €30.
If there are concerns regarding the buyer’s financial stability or payment capability, KUILTZ. is not obliged to proceed with delivery and may halt shipments unless the buyer makes an advance payment or provides acceptable security.
For items in stock, delivery is expected within 2-3 working days from the order date. During peak periods, response and delivery times may be longer. Goods will be sent to the address provided in the order. If an order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
Delivery is carried out by courier services such as DHL, UPS or similar. KUILTZ. is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service. If items are not received within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to customer service at info@kuiltz.com

Force Majeure
KUILTZ. is not liable for any failure to perform caused by events outside our control, which directly or indirectly prevent or hinder production, delivery, or shipping until the obstacle is resolved (force majeure). These circumstances include difficulties in obtaining raw materials and other challenges, such as war, riots, labor disputes, fires, floods, storms, accidents, fuel or power shortages, transportation issues, and interruptions affecting our necessary equipment or facilities for fulfilling our obligations.
